點選這張相片右下角「下載此相片」的圖案

然後選取「原本大小」，就可以下載原始檔案了。

影片封鎖

常常收到許多Youtube的來信，信中說我拍的影片中，背景音樂有著作權，所以在某些國家被封鎖。

於是我很好奇的檢查了一下影片。原來是會場中放音樂，不小心被我錄進來，就違反著作權。

這是人家現場放的音樂，又不是我去刻意配樂的，可以看一下影片內容就知道。

這類型的影片超級多，我足足有上百部影片被封鎖。

甚至還有現場交響樂團演奏的太像「唱片錄音」，也被封鎖。

若指揮知道，不知道該哭還該笑？

駭客入侵

我的系統長久一直以來都有駭客攻擊，所以有安全保護機制，且經過「IBM Security AppScan」掃描過，雖然不算絕對安全，但可以保護資料不會外洩。其實每天都有攻擊事件，但都屬於小事件，已自動被系統檔掉，但最近出現一波大量攻擊，觸發我的警報系統，我就好奇研究這次駭客想幹麻：

很明顯是XSS攻擊，而且透過系統濫發。以上只是截取部分資料，其實全部有一大串，足足攻擊了兩天。已經被reject還一直測試，看來攻擊的robot有點stupid。

電腦送修記 Part 2

上次才修好一台電腦，現在另外一台又壞了。壞掉原因也是無法開機，初步猜測可能是電源供應器壞掉，於是二話不說，立刻抱著電腦徒步三公里到維修店維修。

經過工程師的檢測，結果證實是電源供應器壞掉，於是花了1,500元維修。雖然自己買電源供應器來換比較便宜，但換零件非常麻煩，所以乾脆花錢給別人修比較省事。

網路再次升級

這次買了「D-Link 5埠Gigabit桌上型節能交換器」，是一個簡易型的Giga switch，但可以把整體網路升級到1000M。另外網路線也升級使用Category 6纜線，才能支援Gigabit Ethernet。

盒子不大，東西也很簡單，就這樣而已，畢竟不需要其他東西。

雖然說目前連外寬頻是100M，但官方公告顯示線路可升級使用300M，而舊設備的router都是100M，也就是若升級300M會有200M用不到，所以設備必須跟著升級。當然網路卡必須是1000/100/10M的網路卡，應該沒人還在用100/10M的網路卡了吧？

插上去之後可以看到區域網路是1G，準備因應連外寬頻的升級。

Xuite VIP

最近發現我的隨意窩被升級為VIP，不過很可惜這不是我主要的部落格空間，但免費升級也不錯，至少讓整個空間無廣告干擾。

目前主要重點是在Blogger上經營，至從無名小站被關閉之後，就一直在尋找新的空間。原本打算用隨意窩，後來發現很不能個人化，於是轉到Blogger上。

從以前到現在因為網路公司的停止服務，部落格已經搬家好幾次，流失不少忠實粉絲。

信箱再度被停用

又是一個免費信箱被停用的案例，使用已久的Xuite信箱正式停止服務，所以又得換信箱，是非常麻煩的一件事。當初選擇使用Xuite信箱是因為可收的單一檔案大，且又屬於Hinet的系統，具有相當的穩定性，但沒想到中華電信也會有終止服務的一天。畢竟是免費的東西，在無法獲利的狀況下，網路公司自然會停止這項服務是很正常。所以我的電子信箱從以前到現在已經換過無數個，每一個都是被停用而被迫更換別的信箱。

雖然市面上還有其他免費信箱，像是Yahoo!和Gmail，但難保他們也有結束服務的一天，再加上最近連Hotmail也停止服務，所以對免費網路信箱開始有點不信任，似乎有點不可靠。這個時代已經不再有免費服務的東西，所以最後選擇了付費信箱，且掛在我的網域，一來避免架在自己主機系統不穩定而收不到信，二來自己網域有選擇權，那天網路公司倒閉了，我還能選擇其他公司，但電子信箱可以維持不變，讓大家能找到我。

電腦送修記

有一天電腦突然整個畫面停住，這時候CPU以極高速度運轉，滑鼠和鍵盤也沒反應。重開後電腦無反應，也沒任何警示音，就整個沒畫面無法開機。初步評估可能是顯示卡故障，於是將顯示卡拔除，改用主機板內建顯示開機，但仍舊沒有反應。所以猜想是CPU或主機板壞了，於是把CPU和主機板清一清，也是無法開機。由於沒有多餘的主機板和CPU可以測試，所以只好送回原廠檢測。畢竟也沒有人會有閒置的CPU或主機板，這種東西放久了會貶值的。

離我家最近的維修站看似雖然很近，但沒有公車或捷運可直達，加上無法用腳踏車運送，更不可能搬著重達10公斤的主機走兩三公里的路，於是只好搭計程車。我用手機APP叫車，怕萬一零錢不夠還能用悠遊卡，所以勾選了悠遊卡車輛，等了好久車才來，結果短短三分鐘，錶連跳都沒跳就到了。下車時我付現70元，司機問我怎麼不用悠遊卡？這還是頭一次被司機反過來問，因為通常是想用悠遊卡都會被司機百般刁難，最後索性都直接付現，以免被認為在找碴。但這司機卻跟我說下次不用悠遊卡不要勾選悠遊卡車輛，因為車比較少。原來這台車可以用悠遊卡，早知道就用悠遊卡就好，不然身邊現金用完還得去提款。

送進維修站，一位很酷的年輕工程師走出來問：「什麼問題？」心想畢竟是工程師，服務態度就不必太過要求，只要不要太誇張都還能接受。然後我簡述一下狀況，工程師就打字打很快，感覺很敷衍似的印出一張單據給我說三天後來拿，然後回頭繼續忙他的事。等我回過神來，拿了單子就離開了。

隔天工程師打電話來，說接上電源後就能開機了，沒發現任何問題。想說這是什麼狀況？我開不了機，他卻能直接開機？既然沒問題我還拿去送修？那豈不是白修了？於是我到維修站去領回電腦，還被收了300元的檢測費，真是有夠不划算。除了白白浪費了計程車錢和來回兩次交通費，還有這超好賺的檢測費。所以測試也一樣，要謹慎一點，學習專業QA的精神，不然東西隨便丟回去會被打槍。

搬回去後先檢查東西是否有少，確認零件都有固定好，沒有在搬運過程掉落，確認無誤才能開機，以免燒掉。果真，電腦又好了。一個星期沒用電腦，趕緊來好好用一下。

部落格重新啟用

停站多年的部落格總算再度重啟。從2012年無名關站之後，一直在物色好用的部落格網站，2013年搬至Xuite之後發現不太好用，加上網誌不是中華電信的營運重點，未來也有可能停止該服務的風險。最後決定搬家至Google的Blogger，至少Google不會像Yahoo!一樣動不動就關掉使用者的服務。

無名沒有搬家至Blogger的工具，所以必須要用匯入的功能。首先必須先有無名的XML備份檔。

但很可惜無名的XML格式不符合Blogger所需，所以我寫了一個小工具，將無名的XML檔轉換成Blogger可以接受的格式。轉換完後就可以開始匯入至Blogger。

進入Blogger的管理頁面，選擇「設定→其他→匯入網誌」，然後選擇剛剛產出的XML檔案。

過不久三千多篇文章就成功匯入Blogger，甚至連留言也是。

接著對Blogger進行微調，像是設計自己style的版面，然後在html檔加上自己風格的程式碼，把整個Blogger重新改版成自己的型式。包括設定DNS的(符合Google的認證)、設定相關的連結...等。

最後配合調整我開發的部落格編輯工具，就能輕鬆上傳網誌至Blogger。整個「手動搬家」搞了快一整個早上。

目前尚有幾項技術需要克服，首先是需要robot去parse整個網站3500多篇文章的link，然後update在部落格資料庫。以及部分文章的內部連結還是指向無名，必須寫個程式去自動判斷和修正，並且大規模更新所有相關文章。

結論：部落格般家真是大工程，希望Google千萬別停掉Blogger。

最近已經逐漸淡出Facebook，累積的未讀訊息愈來愈多，幾乎都沒時間看。



平常很忙都在外頭趴趴走，很少有機會用到電腦，所以會累積很多未讀訊息。

好友數統計

今年7~8月好友數中途有大幅下降，後續無法拉回。



今年9~10月好友數在盤整，有些微回升。

六萬多人瀏覽

最近投入Facebook廣告，用小筆資金試驗廣告效益。



結果不錯，有六萬多人瀏覽。



另外一則放入的資金比較少，相對瀏覽次數也比較少。

最近開始在研究Facebook的廣告效益，所以拿了100元來牛刀小試一下。只被網友點個幾下100元就沒了，真的是有點貴。



但廣告效益真的很驚人，居然一篇文章有將近兩萬人閱讀，行銷效果真的有見效。



未來可能將會再投資更多預算來做Facebook廣告。

升級20M/10M

今天中華電信工程人員將一條光纖網路線直接牽進我的數據盒，網路速度大幅提升。我的網路正式升級為20M/10M，上傳速率更大，網站的效能更佳。



因為我的網路主要都是在上傳，有數台主機在我這，要供應大量網頁的需求，現在頻寬已經不會那麼吃緊了。

好友數突然飆高

2012/6/15打開Facebook突然發現好友數多了200多人，才一個晚上瞬間從3598飆升為3748。應該是Facebook程式改版，發現好友數算錯才重新幫我們計算的，不然無法解釋這種怪異現象。

i-Talent

為什麼最近大家都在用我的「i」當作第一個字母？像蘋果明明就是A開頭，為什麼產品都是「i」系列？

我用「i」就合情合理，因為「i」來自我的名字「Irving」所發展出一系列的品牌名稱，目前有下列品牌：

i-Good

i-Share

i-Group

i-Cloud

最近要打造另外一個新品牌，將「i」結合「Talent」所成的「i-Talent」，將會運用在威宇科技研發中心上，研發的新產品將會由iTalent來進行命名。

生日快樂

今年生日雖然沒有像去年那樣的「生日週」，但還是收到雪花般的祝福，至少有上千筆的留言祝福，另外還有不少生日卡、簡訊、電話...等祝福，所以生日當天格外忙碌，也謝謝大家的祝福。
